The Ground Level is a garage in North Brooklyn dedicated to building & preserving the culture & aesthetics of vintage Japanese street-tuning. Primarily inspired by the 1970's/80’s era of tuning and culture in Japan, The Ground Level is decidedly well-versed in period correct mechanics and styling choices.
It is our belief that, in order to truly understand & appreciate the current joneses of street tuning today, it is principally important that we preserve the history and tradition of style that came before us.
